In which languages are the e-learning courses available?
The e-learning courses are available in German and English. Other languages can be provided on request.
How long does it take for e-learning courses to be made available?
Standard courses are usually made available within 5 business days of receiving the order. Depending on the selected content extensions and design adjustments, personalized courses may take longer.
How often is the content of the e-learning courses updated?
The content of our e-learning courses is reviewed at least once a year to ensure that links and external content are still up to date. Changes (e.g., due to new legislation) are made by the Limes Academy team as necessary to ensure that the content complies with the latest standards and best practices. Improvements reported by other customers (typos, etc.) are rolled out to all customers in a timely manner.
How are the e-learning courses integrated into our LMS?
How are the e-learning courses integrated into your LMS? The e-learning courses are available in SCORM format, which can be easily integrated into your existing learning management system (LMS). If you have any questions about integration, the Limes Academy team will be happy to assist you and will work together with your internal LMS administrators.
Is it possible to customize the content of the e-learning courses?
Yes, we offer advanced content customization that includes industry-specific examples and incidents, as well as links to internal company resources or contact persons. Further customizations can be made upon request.
Can the design of the e-learning courses be adapted to the company's CI/CD?
Yes, we offer design customization to adapt the e-learning courses to your company’s corporate identity and corporate design.
Can different languages be selected for each course in the All-Access package?
Yes, the All-Access package includes each course in one language. The language per course can vary. You can choose between English and German.
